Power rings
Inserts
Gels and topical products

Opening the packaging voids eligibility for a return or exchange due to hygiene regulations. Contact us right away and we will provide next steps.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing times vary by bank or card issuer
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non refundable
If free shipping was applied, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
A 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returns
All Bathmate products include a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1 to 2 years, depending on country of residence.
Warranty claims are handled according to manufacturer guidelines and are separate from return eligibility.
